• Driver applicant information: name, date of birth, home address, email address, phone number, employment history, CDL number, issuing state, class, endorsements and expiration date, driving experience, accident and violation history, and equipment details for owner-operators.
• Documents you upload: CDL front and back images, DOT medical examiner’s certificate, motor vehicle record (MVR), insurance certificates, and any additional files you choose to submit.
• Shipper and broker information: company name, contact name, email, phone, origin and destination, commodity, weight, equipment type, and pickup dates.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site secure and functional.

• To evaluate driver applications, verify qualifications, and complete onboarding.
• To comply with FMCSA, DOT, and state safety and recordkeeping requirements.
• To provide freight quotes, arrange transportation, and manage dispatch.
• To contact you by phone, SMS, or email about your application or shipment.
• To protect against fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access.

As part of the driver qualification process we may obtain motor vehicle records, Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) reports, Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse queries, previous employer verifications, and consumer reports as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and 49 CFR Part 391. You will receive any disclosure and authorization required by law before these reports are obtained.

• With background screening providers, drug testing consortiums, and MVR vendors.
• With insurance carriers, safety consultants, and payroll or settlement processors.
• With brokers, shippers, and receivers as necessary to move a load.
• With government agencies when required by law, subpoena, or regulation.

We do not sell your personal information.

Driver qualification files are retained for the periods required by 49 CFR Part 391 and other applicable regulations. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Send requests to info@clutchlogisticsgroup.com. We may need to retain certain records to satisfy DOT and FMCSA obligations.

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
